Built by a mum who lived it.

CalmParent started because one mum couldn't find anything that helped at 10pm. Not a parenting course, not a 200-page book, not advice that assumed her child was simply being difficult. It became the thing she wished existed: something that stays calm, never judges, and gives you one workable next step.

It's grounded in child development research, not gut feeling. Everything Sage suggests draws on frameworks professionals actually use — Collaborative Problem Solving, Positive Behaviour Support, co-regulation and NHS child development guidance — translated into language you can use tonight.

It's built with real parents, and currently being piloted with international schools in Asia.

What it isn't

CalmParent is a wellness and support tool. It does not replace a therapist, a doctor or a diagnosis. If you have concerns about your child's development, please speak to a qualified professional.
